At Sunbeam Jewellery, we take great care in packaging and shipping your silver jewellery to ensure it arrives safely. This Shipping & Handling Policy outlines our shipping options, estimated delivery times, and handling procedures.

 

1. Order Processing & Handling

  • Orders are processed within 7-10 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Custom orders require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of order.
  • We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

 

2. Delivery Times

  • Custom Orders: Since these are handcrafted, the estimated shipping time will be provided separately.
  • Delivery times may vary based on your location, customs processing, and unforeseen delays.

 

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method.
  • Orders above 1500 INR may qualify for free shipping (if applicable).
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

 

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Tracking updates may take up to 4-5 hours to reflect in the system.

 

5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • If your package is delayed or lost in transit, contact us at Care@sunbeamjewellery.com, and we will assist in tracking it.
  • If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging.
  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or customs clearance.

 

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
  • If an incorrect address is provided and the order is returned to us, re-shipping charges will apply.

 

7. International Shipping

  • We ship to select international locations.
  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which must be paid by the customer.
  • Customs clearance times vary and may cause shipping delays.

 

8. Returns & Exchanges for Shipped Items

  • Non-custom items can be returned within 3 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging.
  • Custom orders and personalized jewellery are non-returnable.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.
