Return & Refund Policy

At Sunbeam Jewellery, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for:
Non-custom jewellery that is unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
Items returned within 3 days of delivery with proof of purchase.
Custom orders, engraved, or personalized jewellery are non-returnable as they are made uniquely for you.
Items damaged due to improper use or care are not eligible for return.

 

2. Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at Care@sunbeamjewellery.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Approval & Instructions: If eligible, we will provide return instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Send the item back in its original condition with all packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  4. Inspection & Approval: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item. If approved, we will process the refund.

 

3. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 4-5 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If your return is denied, we will notify you and offer to ship the item back at your expense.

 

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for non-custom jewellery only.
  • If you want to exchange an item, contact us at Care@sunbeamjewellery.com within 3 days of delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for return and re-shipping costs.

 

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

 

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom jewellery, engraved, or personalized pieces
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items that show signs of wear or damage caused by the customer

 

7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund after the stated processing time, first check with your bank or payment provider.
