1. Custom Order Process

1. Design Consultation: Customers provide design ideas, inspirations, and specifications (such as size, engraving, or stones).
2. Quotation: We provide a price estimate based on materials, design complexity, and labour.
3. Deposit & Payment: A 100% non-refundable deposit is required to begin production. Full payment must be completed before shipping.
4. Production Timeline: Custom orders typically take 2-3 weeks to complete. Timelines may vary depending on design complexity.
5. Final Approval & Shipping: Upon completion, we will send photos for final approval before shipping the item.

2. Changes & Cancellations

• Once production has started, changes and cancellations are not allowed.
• Minor modifications (such as engraving changes) may be possible if requested within 3 hours of order placement.

3. Refunds & Returns

• Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable, as they are uniquely crafted for you.
• If there is a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.
