Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

a. Standard Orders

• Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of purchase for a full refund.
• After 3 hours, cancellations are not allowed as the order is being processed.

b. Custom Orders

• Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production begins due to the personalized nature of the item.
• If a cancellation request is made before production starts, only 60% of the payment will be refunded.

2. How to Request a cancellation
